Disputes Tribunal

Disputes Tribunal hears a wide range of claims that involve disputed amounts of $30,000 or less. It is a speedy, private, informal and inexpensive way to resolve disputes.

A lawyer cannot appear and provide representation at the Disputes Tribunal hearing which means that Law Finity cannot be present with you at the hearing. You will need to represent yourself. Nonetheless, it is important for you be informed and have advice on the law that applies to your dispute and any complexities that surround it.
